Lincoln® Magnum® PRO 100SG Spool Gun (4-Pin)
Anyone who’s tried running aluminum through a standard MIG gun knows the struggle — the wire’s soft, and by the time it travels through a long cable, you’re dealing with birdnesting, feed hesitation, or worse. The Magnum PRO 100SG gets around that by feeding the wire right at the gun. With only 10 feet of cable between the spool and the tip, the wire barely has a chance to buckle, and you end up with the kind of clean, steady feed that aluminum actually needs.
This is a genuine Lincoln Electric spool gun with a 4-pin plug that connects straight to the back of select small POWER MIG® and SP machines — no bulky adapter, no extra module. It’s rated for 130 amps at 30% duty cycle, which covers most small-to-mid aluminum jobs, and it shows up ready to go: gun, wire, drive roll, contact tips, harness, and a case to keep it all protected.

Why it’s worth having on hand
