Aluminum wire and long gun cables just don’t get along — the wire’s too soft, and by the time it travels through several feet of standard MIG cable, you’re already fighting birdnesting and feed hesitation. The Magnum PRO 150SG solves that the way spool guns always have: by feeding the wire right at the gun, so it barely has to travel before it hits the arc.

This is a genuine Lincoln Electric spool gun rated for 150 amps at a full 100% duty cycle, with a 15-foot cable that gives you more reach than the smaller 100SG. It adapts directly to either a 4-pin or 8-pin compact POWER MIG® welder, so it’s not locked into just one machine in your shop. It comes ready to weld — carrying case, wire, and consumables included.
