Miller® MDX™-100 MIG Welding Gun – 10 ft. .030-.035″ Wire

A MIG gun shouldn’t be something you have to think about while you’re welding — it should just work, weld after weld. That’s the whole idea behind Miller’s MDX-100. It’s a direct replacement for the older M-100 gun, rebuilt with a few real upgrades: a more comfortable handle, a smoother wire path, and consumables that are actually easier to maintain.

This is a genuine Miller MDX-100, rated at 100 amps with a 100% duty cycle, and comes with a 10 ft. cable ready to feed .030″-.035″ wire. It’s a solid match for anyone running a Millermatic® 141, 211, or Multimatic® 215/220 AC/DC.

Why it’s worth having on hand

Guns wear out — liners get gummed up, tips lose their fit, and feed problems creep in slowly until they’re impossible to ignore. If your M-100 or MDX-100 is past its prime, swapping in a fresh one is one of the cheapest ways to get your feed quality and arc consistency back to where they should be. The AccuLock system in particular makes ongoing maintenance a lot less of a hassle than older gun designs.
